Moving to Georgia? Start in Metro West
Metro West New Construction Directory
Search new construction communities across Douglasville, Lithia Springs, Villa Rica, Dallas, Austell, Mableton, and Winston — by city, builder, price, and status. Every tour runs through Nina, a buyer’s agent who knows new construction from the builder’s side of the desk. Back to ninaguyton.com
Nina Guyton is a buyer’s agent with eXp Realty LLC — not the listing agent and not part of any builder’s on-site sales team. On-site agents represent the builder; Nina represents you.
Community starting prices shown were collected from public builder/listing sources, verified October 2026, and are a starting point only. Prices and incentives are subject to change without notice. Please verify current pricing, availability, and incentives with Nina Guyton, eXp Realty LLC, before making any decision.
Tour a community — or ask about its incentives
Tell Nina which community you’re eyeing. She’ll confirm current pricing and incentives with the builder, handle your builder registration (so you keep your own representation), and set the tour.

Research schools & reported crime data — from the official sources
These links go directly to government sources, provided the same way for every visitor. Review the information there and decide what matters to you.
- Georgia School Grades Reports — the State of Georgia’s official report for every public school, published by the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement.
- FBI Crime Data Explorer — reported crime data collected by the FBI from law enforcement agencies.
For a specific address, confirm the assigned school directly with the local school district, and direct questions about reported incidents to the local police department or sheriff’s office.
These are independent third-party government sources. Nina Guyton and eXp Realty, LLC do not compile, verify, or guarantee this data, a school assignment, or neighborhood safety. Information is subject to change — verify independently before making any decision.
